Applied Computer Technologies (“ACT”) has been operational in Bermuda since 1982 and is the largest IT Provider on island with a total staff compliment in excess of 50. We offer end-to-end solutions for our customers from design to implementation through to support.

Our support model is all encompassing and includes support for server backend infrastructure (Exchange, Blackberry, Citrix, VMware, file/print, etc.); hardware break/fix; telephony; networking, desktop image maintenance and end-user support. Our model ensures that when a client experiences a problem one phone-call, or email, is all that is required to have the appropriately skilled resource made available to quickly resolve any issues.

With over 35 technical personnel on staff; 30 of them resident in Bermuda; ACT has the ability to address any problem that may arise. We understand that when a client is experiencing difficulties it is important to address those difficulties quickly and with the right skill set. We have fully redundant and trained staff to ensure that when there is problem we can react quickly and efficiently to minimize the impact of the outage or difficulty. Service delivery is the cornerstone to customer satisfaction and at ACT we have established team processes to ensure the upmost customer satisfaction.
