Given our geographical location, warranty replacement times may not be sufficient to meet the demands of your business. It is in response to this challenge that we launched our “ACT OneCall” service. We are proud to have the largest IT warehouse on-island which ensures that we have adequate spare parts to cover our clients in case of emergencies. We are the largest warranty depot on island and the only Provider authorized to service HP, IBM, Apple, EMC, NetApp, Mitel and Nimble Storage. Our warehouse ensures that in the event that our clients have a hardware failure ACT is in the position to quickly repair / replace the critical components maintaining the highest level of business continuity possible for the client. We understand the importance of IT infrastructure up time and offer guaranteed response times on hardware repair and parts replacement for all products we sell.
