Dave Bart- General Manager

With over ten (10) years IT experience, the last six (6) at the management level, Dave has firmly established his presence in the Bermuda corporate community. Dave began his career in 1997 as a corporate sales rep for Xerox Canada.

In 1999, Dave relocated to Bermuda and subsequently worked his way through ACT. Starting as an Account Manager, Dave was responsible for managing many of the “top” ACT accounts. In 2002, Dave was promoted to Sales manager and then again to General Manage in December 2004.

ACT has enjoyed their three (3) most successful years under Dave’s leadership.

Cindy Ratzlaff- Services Manager

Cindy brings a wealth of experience to the role of Services Manager with over 15 years in the IT consulting industry. Cindy’s in-depth experience ranges from Technical Architecture to Project and Program Management to Operational Management.

Complimenting her extensive IT Consulting and Management experience Cindy holds her Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in IT Management.

Mario De Lima

Mario De Lima joined ACT in April 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Mario qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and has over 4 years experience in the role of CFO. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company as well as providing leadership and coordination in the administrative and accounting functions of the company. Mario obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
