Proactive Support Plans
ACT has a thorough understanding of the unique requirements of Bermuda based companies and has a well established Proactive Services Support Plan to meet the needs of our customers.
Many of our customers in Bermuda have little to no local IT support and therefore require an organization, such as ACT, to act as their local IT provider – to learn and fully understand the customer’s environment to ensure quick and accurate resolution when a problem arises. Our ACT technical engineers become an extension to your organization and will work with your team and end-users to ensure a stable IT environment.
Remote Monitoring
We utilize a combination of remote monitoring tools and on-site visits to ensure your environment is stable and proactively managed. Our remote monitoring will include the on-going automated daily monitoring of the server infrastructure including;
- backups
- disk utilization
- windows security
- operational events
Our technical team will be automatically alerted and dispatched to address any abnormalities or failures noted in the environment. In addition to our proactive monitoring we will also provide regular on-site support to address any issues requiring on-site presence.
We strongly believe that a combination of remote monitoring and support activities combined with regular on-site visits provide our clients with the level of support required. Our on-site support is pre-scheduled and provides the opportunity for our engineers to address any non-emergency desk side support or infrastructure activities.
