We understand these primary business requirements and we have the skills to effectively design solutions that will allow your users to concentrate on their jobs and not have to worry about whether the IT tools will work.

Within ACT, IT Collaboration means providing tools to allow users to be more productive. These tools include applications such as Microsoft Exchange Email, Blackberry and mobile messaging but also include innovative tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint to provide central data repositories and collaboration intranets. We supply and support a variety of multi-function printers which allow users to scan, fax and email from a centralized device which can be integrated into your email or data repository. Many of our clients have small remote offices or users who spend significant time traveling away from their Bermuda office.

These clients still want the comforts of their office tools and productivity and we can offer solutions such as:

  • “Soft phones” - operating off of a laptop wherever there is an internet connection.
  • Teleworker solutions – allows your office phone number to roam with you.
  • Office Communicator - chat securely with internal employees (requires an internet connection).
  • Remote applications – e.g. Citrix or other VPN solutions offer secure, full office functionality over the internet.

Our expertise in providing collaboration tools to our clients is extensive and we will work with you to understand how you work, where and when you work and can recommend a range of collaboration tools to ensure that your users have the tools they need when they need them.
