Our Proactive Support Plans are designed to provide our customers the support required to ensure that the IT infrastructure is operating at peak efficiencies so you can concentrate on your core business.

In addition to our Proactive Support Plans many of our customers require additional Staff Augmentation support from time-to-time throughout the year. With our extensive technical team we will be able to assist in any of your staff augmentation needs.

Our Hardware Maintenance Plan takes into consideration the unique needs of operating a business in Bermuda. We understand the criticality of ensuring that your hardware is always up and available and therefore we stock spare parts for our Hardware Maintenance Customers to ensure that in the event of a hardware failure that ACT will be on-site quickly to replace the failed equipment. There is no need to wait days for a part to be shipped from the mainland to Bermuda; you can count on ACT to ensure that a spare part is available for any outages you may incur.

As the largest authorized IBM, Lenovo and HP Depot on island we have a team of dedicated hardware engineers to address any hardware problem our clients may incur.
