Dave Bart
Chief Executive Officer
Biography
Dave has been with ACT for 15 years and brings a wealth of Senior Management experience to the organization and the Bermuda market place alike.  Since taking over as Chief Executive Officer in 2003 Dave has overseen tremendous growth within ACT.  Over the past 10 years revenues and staff at ACT have nearly doubled and the company has successfully transitioned from a traditional product reseller to a fully integrated solution provider.  In addition to overseeing the day to day activities within ACT, Dave continues to take ownership for all new solution integration into the Bermuda market as well manage and maintain an wide range of Global Vendor and Partner relationships.  With the help of the Senior Management team at ACT, Dave is also responsible for expanding to markets outside of Bermuda.  As a result ACT successfully supports clients across both North America and the United Kingdom.

Cindy Ratzlaff
Chief Operating Officer
Biography
Cindy brings a wealth of experience to the role of COO with over 25 years in the IT consulting industry. Her extensive background in business strategy, resource management, process development and operational management allows her to be highly effective in driving ACT’s operational excellence and governance. Complimenting Cindy’s extensive IT and management background she holds her Masters of Business Administration with a Specialization in IT Strategy and Management.

Troy Dort
Vice President Sales
Biography
Troy is responsible for the management of ACT’s sales organization and is driven to ensure customers receive in-depth expertise and world-class management from a very knowledgeable and empowered sales team. He also plays a strategic role in working with technology vendors aligning new products and services with value for ACT’s clients in several countries. Since joining ACT in 2005, Troy has worked with many customers in several verticals gaining a wealth of experience which has contributed to ACT’s growth and presence in the market.

  • Worked for IBM Canada for 4 years prior to joining ACT
  • Received a Bachelor of Business degree from F.C. Manning School of Business at Acadia University

 

Kathy Martin
Human Resources Manager
Biography
Kathy Martin is the Manager of Human Resources at North Rock Ventures Group. She has over 15 years of Human Resources experience and has worked in a variety of industries including IT, retail and construction.

Kathy has a proven track record of being highly professional, knowledgeable and a trusted HR business partner for the management, at the same time serving as a supporter for the company’s employees. Kathy has a successful background of being a highly capable daily hands-on HR professional. She is a member of the Bermuda Human Resource Association.

In addition to Kathy’s HR role at NRI she is, also the Facilities Manager at Power House.

In her free time Kathy enjoys family and friends and cooking. She is very involved with the community, serving as an active Committee Member of SCARS charity and St. Vincent DePaul.

 

Tom Mackenzie
Service Delivery Manager
Biography
Tom brings 25+ years’ experience to his role of Service Delivery Manager. He has an extensive background in IT Service Management as well as technical support and IT Operations. Tom’s focus is on providing a high level of Customer Satisfaction and works closely with all departments within ACT and our diverse client base to achieve this. Tom has held several senior positions in other organizations including Insurance and Financial services, Casino Gaming and IT Managed services and consulting.
